Baku, June 2, 2025 – AS Group, one of Azerbaijan’s leading development and investment companies, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Kazakhstan’s BI Group Holding, one of Central Asia’s largest construction and investment holdings.
As the first project under this partnership, construction will commence on the premium residential complex “4You Baku,” located in the heart of Baku on Tbilisi Avenue. Spanning an area of one hectare, the project will feature a limited number of exclusive apartments and offer superior living conditions. Penthouses with private pools overlooking the sea, spacious terraces, and barbecue zones will highlight the project’s luxurious and distinctive character.
Within the framework of this partnership, AS Group and BI Group plan to go beyond this initial project, aiming to collaborate on further construction and real estate development ventures. By combining their strengths, the companies intend to introduce new and high-quality urban solutions to Azerbaijan.
