On 5–6 December 2025, the Real Estate Expo, held in Tbilisi, Georgia, within the framework of Real Estate Week 2025, brought together companies and industry representatives operating in the real estate, architecture, and construction sectors across the region. One of the key events of the week, the exhibition was jointly organized by ExpoGeorgia and the Georgian Real Estate Association. AS Group was the only company representing Azerbaijan at the exhibition.

Panel discussions focused on investment markets, the influence of global brands on the sector, and regional development prospects. The conference program continued with a certification ceremony for real estate agents, followed by B2B meetings involving developers, brokers, and investment companies.
Throughout the exhibition, participants explored residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. As part of the program, AS Group presented its key areas of operation and showcased the Park Boulevard residential complex, which attracted significant interest from visitors. The architectural concept, infrastructure solutions, and the project’s role within the broader Riverside urban development model were positively received. The company’s participation drew attention from both local and international business media.
On the second day of the exhibition, discussions centered on innovation and digital transformation in the real estate sector. The panel “Building the Future: PropTech Innovations” covered the role of global technology networks, state-led innovation initiatives, and venture-backed acceleration mechanisms. Later, the masterclass “Real Estate Marketing in the Digital Era” introduced current approaches to branding, storytelling, and the use of digital tools. At the end of the event, several companies were recognized for their contributions. AS Group received an appreciation certificate for its project presentation and stand design. The certificate was presented to the company’s Head of Sales, Gvantsa Kirvalidze.
AS Group’s participation in the Real Estate Expo 2025 not only strengthened the company’s ties with the Georgian market, but also contributed to the creation of new cooperation opportunities in the region and the deepening of strategic partnerships.
