The reconstruction of Mammadbeyli village in the Zangilan district was carried out by “AS Inshaat” LLC, a subsidiary of “AS Group”.
The project commenced in May 2024, and the village was officially inaugurated on October 28, 2025.
Within the framework of the project, 188 houses were built on a total area of 51.6 hectares, with a total construction area of 35,770.31 m². Among them, 149 are one-storey and 39 are two-storey houses. According to the planning, 39 houses have two rooms, 55 have three rooms, another 55 have four rooms, and 39 have five rooms. Each individual house is located on a 12-are (0.12-hectare) plot and includes an auxiliary building with an area of 34 m².
In the administrative part of the village, two multifunctional administrative buildings were constructed, each with a total area of 1,220.30 m² and a basement area of 390.20 m².
To fully restore the infrastructure, 185 lighting poles, 4 transformers (1000 kV each), and 34 water wells were installed throughout the village. Each residential house is equipped with 4–6 solar panels (550 W each) depending on the number of rooms, while each administrative building has 52 panels.
A modern communication and utility infrastructure has been established. Total length of internal roads is 5,554.54 m, total area of roads and pavements - 86,888.78 m², length of potable water pipeline network - 6,266 m; length of irrigation network- 4,325 m, length of sewage network - 3,933.8 m, length of gas pipeline network - 6,755 m, length of high-voltage (35 kW) power cable line - 18,228 m.
Additionally, a two-lane tunnel has been constructed to provide access towards Aghali. A large green area covering a total of 212,592 m² has been created within the village.
A special architectural element — a decorative water spring reflecting historical motifs — has also been erected in Mammadbeyli village. Its design was inspired by the mausoleum built in 1305 in honor of Yahya, son of Muhammad al-Haji, and represents a scaled-down model of that monument.
