The reconstruction works under the second phase were carried out by “AS Inshaat” LLC, a subsidiary of “AS Group”.
The project began in May 2024, and the official opening of the village took place on October 28, 2025.
Within the framework of the second phase, a total of 103 houses were commissioned. Of these, 55 are two-room individual residential houses, each located on a 12-are (0.12 ha) land plot, with a total area of 102.6 m² per house.
The remaining 48 apartments are located in three “townhouse”-type residential buildings, each consisting of two blocks. The total area of each building is 1,220.3 m². These buildings include 36 one-room and 12 two-room apartments.
All houses in the village are connected to water, gas, and electricity networks, and modern counters have been installed in both residential and non-residential buildings. A modern heating system equipped with combi boilers has been installed to provide heating and hot water.
In addition to the residential area, a park with a total area of more than 2 hectares has been established. The park area is divided into 5 functional zones, creating comprehensive conditions for recreation, sports, and leisure. The area features extensive greenery with various trees and shrubs planted.
